CHANNOCHARA currently offers premium T-shirts.
In the future, additional products including apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products may be introduced under the CHANNOCHARA brand.
Product images are created to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur depending on your device's display settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, CHANNOCHARA reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or cancel orders containing incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.
Orders
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Receiving an order confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
CHANNOCHARA reserves the right to:
- cancel any order;
- refuse any order;
- limit quantities;
- verify customer information before processing.
Order Cancellation by Customer: Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been shipped, by contacting supportchannochara@gmail.com with the order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within the timeline specified under the Refund & Replacement section below.

We accept secure online payments through our authorized payment gateway.

Shipping & Delivery
Currently, CHANNOCHARA delivers only within India.
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- courier delays;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- natural disasters;
- strikes;
- remote delivery locations;
- events beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact details.
Incorrect address information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
Returns
We maintain a limited return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered by CHANNOCHARA
- Product received in defective or damaged condition
Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
To request a return, customers must:
- Submit a return request through our website within the return window stated above.
- Provide their active contact number.
- Record a clear, uncut video while opening the package.
- Share the video through WhatsApp after our support team contacts them, or email the video to supportchannochara@gmail.com.
- Wait for our verification before the return is approved.
Return requests without sufficient evidence may be declined.
CHANNOCHARA reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request after verification.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer product exchanges.
Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.
Future exchange services may be introduced at our discretion.
Refund & Replacement
If a verified return request is approved, CHANNOCHARA may provide:
- a full refund to the original payment method, or
- a replacement product,
depending on product availability and the specific circumstances of the case.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
The final resolution will be determined by CHANNOCHARA after verification.
